Read this guide to learn how to care for your ARC.X garment. It is important that you read the care instructions carefully.
First wash of your latex garment
Step 1:
Prepare half a bucket of lukewarm water with a few drops of detergent. Stir the water to mix the detergent. Submerge the garment for 20 minutes to clean it thoroughly.
Step 2:
Then prepare half a bucket of lukewarm water without detergent and submerge the garment for another 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Finally, prepare a bucket with lukewarm water and add one capful of Archivo X Shiner. (We recommend using only this shiner, as it is the only one we have tested and know works correctly with our latex. We are not responsible for possible reactions or alterations to the material caused by the use of other products.)
Step 4:
Submerge the garment in the bucket and move it around for 3–5 minutes so it hydrates and gains shine.
Step 5:
Hang it to dry on a plastic or wooden hanger, always in the shade and away from heat. Other types of hangers may cause damage to the garment.
Note:
Follow these steps before the first use, and then whenever you feel your garment has been worn repeatedly.
Steps to wear your latex garment
Step 1:
Generously spread talcum powder, cornstarch, or Archivo X shiner inside the garment. If you use shiner, we also recommend applying it to your skin.
Step 2:
Roll up the extremities like a sock and slide them in slowly. Dress calmly and patiently, enjoying the experience.
Step 3:
Do not pull or press with your fingers. Be careful with nails and sharp objects, as they may leave marks on the garment.
Step 4:
Once you are wearing the garment, remember to apply Archivo X shiner on the outside if you want to enhance its shine. (We recommend using only this shiner, as it is the only one we have tested and know works correctly with our latex. We are not responsible for possible reactions or alterations to the material caused by the use of other products.) Avoid contact with petroleum jelly, oils, or creams.
Step 5:
Remember to be patient and careful when removing the garment.

Steps to clean your latex garment
Step 1:
Wash the garment with lukewarm water and detergent.
Step 2:
Let it dry away from sunlight, turning it inside out to ensure complete drying.
Step 3:
Once dry, apply talcum powder, cornstarch, or Archivo X Shiner.
Step 4:
Store it in a dry, dark place, away from metals. Do not mix light and dark garments, as they may stain.
Step 5:
Use only Archivo X shiner. Avoid contact with petroleum jelly, oils, or creams.
Step 6:
We recommend keeping it hanging on wooden or plastic hangers, always in the shade and away from heat, to prevent marks caused by being folded for a long time.
Note:
Follow these steps after each use of your garment.
