Exchanges and Returns

Right of Withdrawal (online purchases)

In accordance with Law 24.240 on Consumer Protection of the Argentine Republic (Art. 34 – sales made by electronic or distance means), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within TEN (10) calendar days from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, an email must be sent to [email protected] indicating the order number and contact details.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used, once the product has been received and its condition verified in accordance with the terms detailed in this policy.

Timeframe to Request Exchanges

Archivo X offers a period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from receipt of the product to request exchanges for size or model.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, due to the limited and capsule-based nature of the collections.

If the requested exchange is not available in stock, the following may be offered:

** Exchange for another available product
** Refund as legally applicable

General Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must:

** Be unused.
** Show no marks, permanent creases, or signs of stretching.
** Have no perfumes, odors, or alterations.
** Retain the original powder in the case of latex garments.
** Have original tags intact.
** Include the original packaging in good condition.

Archivo X reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping Costs

** For size or model exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
** For returns under the right of withdrawal, logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer.
** In the case of a verifiable manufacturing defect, Archivo X will assume the corresponding shipping costs.

Nature of the Material

Natural latex garments and certain objects sold by Archivo X are delicate pieces and may present slight variations, folds, or marks inherent to the material and production process.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

It is recommended to carefully check the size chart before making a purchase.

Procedure

Any exchange or return request for purchases made through the website must be sent by email to [email protected] including:

** Order number
** Full name
** Reason for the request
** Photographs of the product (if applicable)

Once the request is approved, the next steps for shipment will be provided.
