Care
Read this guide to learn how to care for your ARC.X garment. It is important that you read the care instructions carefully.
Cleaning and conditioning
Your garment arrives protected with a layer of talcum powder. Before wearing it for the first time, follow these steps:
You can repeat this process after each wear or whenever the garment needs cleaning.
Drying and Storage
Let the garment dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Turn it inside out while drying so both sides dry completely.
Once dry, apply talcum powder or ARC.X Polish before storing it. We recommend the polish to help keep the latex conditioned and moisturized.
Hang the garment on a wooden or plastic hanger in a dry, dark place, away from other garments.
How to Put It On and Take It Off
Before putting on the garment, apply talcum powder or ARC.X Polish to the inside and/or directly to your skin to help the latex slide on easily.
The garment should slide over your body without force. Avoid pulling it, overstretching it, or pressing the material with your fingers or nails.
Put it on and take it off gradually and carefully. Pay special attention to nails, rings, and accessories that could mark or damage the surface.
Do not iron, machine wash, tumble dry, or mix garments of different colors. Avoid wearing a garment that is too tight, and keep latex away from metals, solid silicone, and all types of oil. Use only ARC.X Polish, which has been tested for compatibility with our latex. Other products may alter the material’s properties or appearance. ARC.X is not responsible for damage or changes caused by using products other than those recommended.
